CAMP OVERVIEW

Join us for three thrilling days of hands-on adventure as we dive into the basics of survival, foraging, and remote first aid—while exploring some of our favourite spots in the coulees! This immersive experience is designed to deepen your connection to the land and boost your confidence in the wild. With daily challenges, games, and 100% hands-on learning, you’ll walk away feeling empowered and ready to face the unexpected.

DAY ONE: Foraging & Wild Edibles
We’ll set off to one of Lethbridge’s most unique natural sites to discover the greener side of survival. Along the path, we’ll learn how plants can be used to heal, soothe, create, and nourish. By making things to eat, drink, and use as medicine, we’ll get to know the abundant beings all around us—and begin to decipher the individuals among the “wall of green.”

DAY TWO: The 5 C’s of Survival
Map in hand, we’ll follow a trail of X’s through the coulees, completing survival challenges along the way. Discover the five essential items every survivalist should carry—and how to recreate them from nature if needed! Earn your very own 5 C’s Survival Kit as you conquer each challenge!

DAY THREE: Remote Emergencies
Through a series of unfortunate (and fictional!) events, these unexpected emergencies will test your readiness. What would you do if someone broke a leg? Fell into icy water? Had a severe allergic reaction? Learn how to stay calm, think fast, and use your skills to care for others in remote and risky situations. It’s first aid—survivor style.

HEADS UP!
While this camp is packed with hands-on learning and exciting challenges, don’t worry—we’re making plenty of space for fun, too! Between survival skills and adventures, you’ll have time to kick back in hammocks, explore hidden corners of the coulees, splash around, get muddy, play epic games, and just enjoy being wild and free in nature.

It’s going to be messy, memorable, and ridiculously fun from start to finish!
